ITI TECHNICAL COLLEGE PRESIDENT OPENS 2011 APSCU
ANNUAL CONVENTION

Baton Rouge, LA - ITI Technical College President,
Mr. Joe Martin, acted as the Conference Chairman at
the 2011 The Association of Private Sector Colleges
and Universities (APSCU) Annual Convention &
Exposition held June 6-8 in Dallas, Texas. The
convention drew a packed crowd of over 2,400
to an event that featured Gen. Colin Powell,
columnist George Will and the Beach Boys with
television star John Stamos.

The Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) Annual Convention & Exposition is the premier event for private sector higher education like ITI Technical College. Members agree convention attendance is one of the most important benefits they receive overall. The Annual Convention & Exposition brings together exhibit booths and attendees from across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
The 2011 APSCU convention featured a record 359 exhibitor booths and featured 67 breakout sessions on a range of education, compliance, research and related topics. The breakout sessions were led by industry experts and focused on ten different educational tracks that provided a comprehensive learning experience for every member in attendance. The formats varied from single presenter to a panel of experts, speaker-led presentations, many were interactive and all were beneficial.
