The
Joe Martin Jr. Award is presented to the graduate who best exemplifies the
goal of ITI College- To train and develop men and women so that they can
obtain a career that will reward them with "a better life." This award
is presented during the graduation ceremony to recognize one of ITI's
outstanding and deserving students. Students from each department are
nominated based on attitude, work ethic, character, attendance, and
community service. ITI board members review each nominee's
qualifications and select the award recipient. The Joe Martin Jr.
Award winner receives a plaque and his/her name is added to the
large plaque displayed in the McCoy building.
